Valentine’s Day is not just for you and your love interest. You can’t forget your besties on Valentine’s Day. Today, I’m going to show you how to make the ultimate Valentine Gift Basket for Friends and I’ve given you some free printable Valentine Cards for Friends.

Now that the holidays (Christmas and New Years) are over, it’s time to start thinking of Valentine’s Day. I know, I know…we should all take a break from all the giving and just enjoy the beginning of January, but you know what? The stores have had Valentine’s candy out since before Christmas Eve so it must be time. As busy as my family can get at times, it doesn’t hurt to start thinking of gifts to give this early or I might just forget someone. We have so many great friends and family members who helped us survive the holidays this year that we want to honor each one in some special way. What better way to show someone you care than to give a gift on Valentine’s Day.

Today’s gift idea is a Valentine Gift Basket for your BFF, your girlfriend who needs some pampering, or your single friend who needs a little pick-me-up this year around the “love” holiday. I’m going to show you how to put together a great gift basket for Valentine’s Day and I also have some free printable Valentines for you to include in any gift you want to give this year. Let’s get started.

First, you will want to pick a basket that is fun and functional. Howard actually found this basket at Walmart for me and I think it is adorable. I love the ribbon around the bottom and the little plate for personalizing. You will want to crumple up some tissue paper in the bottom so you can put in the goodies and position them as you want them.

Next, you will start loading the Valentine gift basket with all the goodies you bought at Walmart. We decided on a pampering/bath type basket so we included a bath scrubby and some body powder in matching colors. You may need to move things around as you start loading your basket a little more.

As you can see, the items start to take place and move around as you continue to stuff your basket with your goodies. We also included some bath lotion and a foot scrubber, as well as some fun lip gloss for after the bath.

Finally, add the finishing touches to your basket by adding in your final items and positioning them as you see that they look the best. Our final products to include were the two bottles of Jergens® Wet Skin™ Moisturizer.
